FOUNDATION OF THE BANK
Bank "Zarechye" was founded in 1940 as a branch of the State Bank. In November of 1990 it became as a Commercial Bank.

From the very beginning, the bank operated as an industrial bank collaborating with enterprises and investing in the real (industrial) sector of economics. Among the Bank's main stockholders there are such large industrial enterprises as Kazan Helicopter Company, Kazan Aviation Industrial Company and financial institution as the Bank of Moscow. 17.04.1992 - upon the decision of the Bank founders it was reregistered into the private corporation. 30.11.1992 - the Bank's got the License for dealing operations with hard currency. 03.02.1993 - upon the decision of the Bank founders it was reregistered into the public corporation. 17.05.1994 - "Zarechye" Bank was licensed by the Central Bank of Russia (General License No 817 ). 25.10.1995 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 3 up to 12,5 billion rubles (denominated; denomination means an enlargement of monetary unit by 3 items). 29.12.1995 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 12,5 up to 49,5 billion rubles (denominated) 06.08.1996 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 49,5 up to 108,5 billion rubles (denominated). 25.12.1997 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 108,5 up to 120 million rubles (denominated). 26.12.1997 - concluding an agreement with the government of Tatarstan Republic on putting republic "gold reserve" for keeping. 08.05.1998 - it has got the License of the Central bank of the Russian Federation for dealing operations with precious metals. 01.02.1999 - Bank of Moscow has bought a block of shares of the Bank "Zarechye" 23.05.2001 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 120 up to 150 million rubles. 29.11.2001 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 150 up to 210 million rubles. 13.09.2002 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 210 up to 250 million rubles. 12.12.2003 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 250 up to 350 million rubles. 20.04.2005 - authorized share capital of the Bank is increased from 350 up to 500 million rubles.
